Policy

Turnaround Time: 

The normal turnaround time for all design services is between 5-10 business days. If revisions are needed an additional 3-5 business days will be added.

Design packages and websites have their own specific turnaround time which can be found in the description box of the services that you are inquiring about.

The standard turn around time for ALL rush orders is between 2-4 business days. We do not offer rush orders for web development and package deals. The turn around time will begin once we receive all of your information, and your payment has been received! 

Refunds: 

Once design process has begun, all services are NON-REFUNDABLE!!!! You are agreeing to this policy when you purchase from Tres Graphix. Once payment is made the sale is final.

Picture Requirements: 

When booking the following services: eflyers/content posts and all website development services, it is required that you MUST HAVE professional pictures to book any of these services.

Formats:

We require all logo files to be sent in a .png (transparent) file. 

Before Purchasing: 

Before booking, please make sure you fill out our design form which can be found on our website. Also, please do not book a service through us without listing legit contact information.

Immediately After Purchasing:

After you have booked a service through Tres Graphix , it is mandatory that you email all required information needed to complete your order within 48-72 hours after purchasing or your order will beCANCELED!!! We will not constantly send out emails reminding and asking customers to forward us their information. 

Ghosting Clause/Redesign Fee:

Any orders that are open 30+ days after purchase date with no communication or updates will be cancelled with no refund. Failure to send in the required information needed to complete your order on time will result in your order being cancelled, and all rights will be turnt over to the client as is. If for any reason the client would like their order to be reopened and completed, it will result in them having to pay a redesign fee to have your order reopened & completed.
